By downloading, accessing, or using ProdLoom (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ProdLoom provides AI-powered image generation and transformation services. Users may upload product photos, reference images, logos, and text prompts to generate styled product visuals.

The App does not guarantee specific artistic results, commercial performance, or sales outcomes.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity conducted under your account
• Ensuring your login credentials remain confidential

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

4. User Content & Responsibility

You retain ownership of the images, logos, and content you upload.

However, by uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or
• You have full legal rights and permission to use it

You must not upload:

• Copyrighted material without authorization
• Trademarked brand content without permission
• Illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content
• Content that violates intellectual property laws

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated results are produced automatically based on your inputs and selected references.

ProdLoom:

• Does not guarantee originality of generated images
• Does not guarantee non-infringement of third-party rights
• Is not responsible for how generated images are used

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before commercial use.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive advertisements
• Imitate specific brands, artists, or copyrighted campaigns
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, branding, system architecture, and proprietary processes, is owned by ProdLoom / Khueon Studios.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the App
• Reverse engineer the software
• Replicate the service functionality

8. Payments (If Applicable)

If the App offers paid features:

• All purchases are final unless required by law
• Pricing may change without prior notice
• Subscription renewals may occur automatically unless canceled

Platform payment terms (Google Play / Apple App Store) may also apply.

9. Service Availability

We may:

• Modify features
• Temporarily suspend access
• Discontinue parts of the service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProdLoom shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Legal disputes arising from user-generated content
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the system
• Engage in unlawful activity

Users may delete their account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in your operating jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
