How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, please email our support team. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and authentication ID.
• User Content: All generated images, uploaded photos, and text prompts associated with your account.
• App Data: Preferences and settings.

Data Retention Policy

Deletion Process: Once we receive and verify your request, your account and data will be permanently deactivated and removed from our active databases.

Backup Retention: Residual copies of your data may remain in our secure backup systems for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) for disaster recovery purposes. These backups are automatically overwritten and your data will be permanently erased thereafter.
