How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, email our support team from the same address tied to your ProdLoom account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our active systems:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and authentication ID.
• User Content: Generated images, uploaded photos, and prompts associated with your account.
• App Data: Preferences and settings stored for your workspace.

Data Retention Policy

Deletion Process: Once we receive and verify your request, your account and data will be permanently deactivated and removed from our active databases.

Backup Retention: Residual copies may remain in secure backup systems for a limited period, typically up to 30 days, for disaster recovery. These backups are automatically overwritten afterward.
